| Well that go down was probably a bit dramatized.
But indeed there are points and marks that are true about this situation. Perhaps it has been rushed, but im sure that I will speak for the whole team that it didnt go this way because we wanted to smooth it up and clean silent.
Like I said, in my eyes the autoban system is quite a grey box with cases like this. And maybe my opinion (my whole story was my opinion, I dont try to speak for others on that one) isnt the right way to deal for managers in such cases, since it isnt based on strictness and objectivity , if you would call it like that. Although we havened sharpened rules since autoban system.

| I would like to point out my point of view if you may
I think somehow there's some "magnification" in this case. In skiezo's case If I was him I wouldn't be too dumb to cheat on the clan server that I belong to. so It's for sure (imo) that it was not skiezo him self. He came and aplogoized about his brother asking for an unban. This has been discussed in the management team like 3 days ago and the majority was to give him a chance and the next one there will be not even 0.01 chances. This is a video game after all and does not hurt real feelings. I mean no need to be quite harsh ( I do not mean to be tolerant with hackers ) But there's always, always should be one chance. and then the quantity is finished. (Except he did it on purpose,skiezo himself)

| Well indeed i didnt mean the system itself, but more the rules and strictness around it. Cause i still dont see it quite as an immediately clear cheating, strict ban or kickout. Like already said when the autoban got introduced : the autoban system will bring problems with it, since its totally objective. And I know its still an own opinion that some people strangled in these problems could get unbanned after autoban. (i still find it nice to give people 2nd chances in such situations, but this probably isnt managable) We should adjust rules then and say rightaway:" people that get caught by autoban system will stay banned"

| Im already thinking what I should reply on this for quite some time already and to get myself going im writing this sentence, hoping it would help.
And it does..
First of all I want to say that no other person than me should be blamed for the unban of Skiezo, maybe Marx actually unbanned him, but the reason for this was my reply on the officers forum, saying that he should be unbanned.

Secondly, after reading the points sher mentioned, it opened my eyes again.
Yes we've always had a 0-tolerance policy and somehow I haven't thought about this while posting my reply.
However, back in the days, everything was different over here. We had a good set of rules everybody followed and we had a strict red line with the do's and dont's.
During the months, after our last "down" situation, we've changed alot of things, including our whole clan structure with managers, officers and a leader.
And yes there was a big lack in leadership from my part. As Im busy with alot of things, including organizing this clan again and making sure we will survive the coming summer, I overlooked one important thing; the clan's policy.
We've always looked from time till time at our rules system and changed whatever we felt that need a change. We made it clear to everybody and made sure people followed this. This is something that we are missing right now.
Getting back on the Skiezo case.
His unban is a fact, whether its an approved unban or not it already happened and it doesn't feel right for me to ban him again. However there should be other consequenses for this matter, which should be further discussed at the officers forum. The result should be announced publicly with clear statements of the management team.
I would also like to mention that something like this wont happen again in future. I feel its the right time to get back to our roots and refresh the set of rules with a clear policy.
Sometimes even I need to have my eyes opened again and thanks for that Sher.

This is something I liked to hear! Somehow whole rule following thing has been fucked up on server past months. Every member does what they pleases and break rules the way they like. Then players like Google feed the fire with their trolling.

| After reading all threads on that topic, I must agree with Ana. Clans integrity depens and it always did on the 0 tolerance policy. We must not loose this. Every member or user is responsible for his actions and must take the responsibility for them.
