New guy on the server

| So this week one guy showed up. He seemed to be completely new to ET. But when he asked 'can someone help me?', no one paid him any attention. Strange thing is, there were pretty much players on back then(guess around 16). After no one tried to help him(expected to had the admins help him, didn't happen) I decided to PM him and tried to help.
It's quite a small thing basically, but (especially as admins) I hope you guys would do anything to keep players on your server. Please note that ET is a dying game.
Being helpful to these people increases the chance of them to feel comfortable on the server and eventually return playing. I can say this by experience on other servers I've been playing on through the years.
Although the activity is great at the server at this moment. It's no guarantee for it to be in the next year.
Do anything to keep the server active!
Just sayin'!

And dont always count on spec admins since some are there for all day afk

| Well another thing: if someone's connecting and is saying hi most of the time noone will even take the effort to respond. It's not only about people you know, especially those you don't know have to feel welcome.
I personally don't really care and don't might not even say Hi when I come in but you as members should try to welcome everyone and chat a little because some players need/want to.
