| oh and also in the last 2 days i've seen membes evening the teams faster so it stays more fair! great job guys on that point! and some even started more chatting with new players on our server keeep it up!

| Well the founders; Greenfire, Peace and I, made a deal.
Some time ago we decided to step down as leaders of this clan and give the new, younger generation a chance to lead it.
Doesn't mean we will totally quit, we'll be here playing with you all. However the clan's business should be done by new people.
We already tryed a couple of things which unfortunately didn't work out the way we believe it should. Thats why I actually never left/stepped down. I want to be sure to leave a good working clan behind me. Just to be sure I wont throw my replacer into the deep.
Thats why we reorganized alot lately. Now with the old managers back on their spot and new officers appointed, I believe we are slowely achieving the goal. A more simplified clan structure and a clan which can be runned by a management team (officers, managers & leader).

| that actually sounds very nice, so thats why Greenfire is just a founder? never knew the reason behind him saying, im just a founder i have nothing to say in the clan but i will give my opinion. im glad i know the reason now and its good that u will leave it behind in a state that its runnable for another leader. the way of improving and making it better has something to do with it and if u need help with something feel free to ask JT  we as members are here to help the managmers and the leader and the officers so u can count on my help :P
