| and i hear a lot of people complaining about the hitboxes and stuff .
perosnally i don't understand what hitboxes are so i got no problems with it 
But many people do care about that thing.
Is there anyway we can make it more attractive ?

| Well the main thing (problem) now is that vacation is here; people are having the "time of their year" (lol xD), partying, having fun, hanging outside the 4 walls they call home  so it's understandable that the server is running a bit on empty these past few days, maybe weeks. Give it time until the vacation passes, then we will see how the activity will (hopefully) change.
Regarding on the topic of replacing the management team, i've been there and i know it's not as easy as most of members think it is, but it's a bit funny that we have more than 40 members in IA, they all respond to the activity check, but only about 10-12 of us are really online. I'm not saying to disban the members, just.. encourage them to come online, maybe if we create & promote some "parties", like 4 teams of 5 players, 2 teams play, other spec, then they switch and we make some kind of a tournament in that direction?
About the maps, i'm fine with the way they are now

North Pole, plz delete it idk why its here at the first place, its even more server killa than Fueldump.
It is loaded cuz of the whole x-mass theme. I think too, its a serverkill althoug not so much as fdump.

| yea it's from the x-mass update, it will be gone asap i hope and fuel dump will be gone as well i think i dont know what twister is going to change about the maps. although i do know that he is working on it.

| we always got problems in the vactions times... let it pass and u all will see that our server is full again =]
about the maps. in my opinion, right now we must use only the popular maps. its not the right time to add new maps that most of the players need to download before then connect to the server = lose players...
when u have time just stay in spec and kickbots out.. from what i see its the key to bring the players to our server =]

About the managers activity:
Unfortunately its impossible to force the managers to play, just like regular members, nobody is able to play 24/7 due to personal reasons (except Dropz). It would be indeed nicer to see them more online yes, I even would like to see myself more online, this means I got spare time and I really need that  Luckely the manegers can always be found on the forum and are working around the clock with the suggestions we get, improvements we got to do and just simply managing the clan.
The maps can be changed 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Just suggest it at the Server forum section and after a small discussion Im sure Tomasz or Twister (or myself) will add it.
Same goes for everything else about the server, so also your weapon damage thing.
But please make sure you post different things in different topics. This makes it clear and organized.

This is something we want and also something we already expect from our members. A clan member should make sure the rules are followed and the teams are fair, this to keep it fun and keep the players on the server. The same goes for the chit-chatting. This way we keep the players on the server. I've mentioned this before and I hope everybody is doing so
We expect from you all to make sure the server is fun and fair for everybody, we try to motivate you all and act mature if things go a little out of hand.
On the other hand you all can expect from the managers to work on the things you all suggest and make sure things really happen. I can understand this doesnt always feel this way but keep in mind some things just take more time for us to handle & discuss, our management team is new and still being formed. Thats the disadvantage of a democratic clan. The benifit is however that we are all together ruling this clan, everybody can share opinions and add improvements, unlike other clans with a dictator running the show.
The things we all need to work on is to get our clan attractive again, everybody should suggest and the officers+ should get things in progress. Thats still something I'm missing here. But I'm pretty sure this will happen in the near future. We are a family of friends who can handle everything. My view of the clan's future is slowely coming together.
