a simple explanation of the command mute: When u mute a player with "!mute [player]" then it's pretty hard to know why he/she is muted when another admin connects and they will most likely unmute that player.
When you want to unmute someone use "!finger [player]" to check the authority AND the reason of the mute!
when u mute someone and u want to mute him permanent then use: "!mute [player] [reason]".
For reason you fill in : "!mute [player] permanent+reason" so you write as example: !mute greenfire Permanent for noobish behaviour
the the !finger greenfire will say :
Mute authority: puppet
Reason: Permanent for noobish behaviour.
When someone writes Permanent then this means the muted player has broken some decency rules over and over again!

MAKE SURE U WARN SOMEONE ENOUGH TIMES AND MUTE FOR A LITTLE WHILE BEFORE YOU MUTE PERMANENT!!!!!
