| Tbh I just stopped smoking. I realized that I smoked because I was bored, so I decided to stop smoking. And so far it goes well  3rd day without cigarette

| Well my uncle smoked 20 years and then he just decided to quit. He was able to quit by thinking who is controlling his hand which puts cigaret on mouth, that cigaret or he himself. Apparently first 3 weeks were like hell but after that he only had some occasional cases time to time when he wanted to smoke.

| Electronic cigarettes is just the same if you ask me. Maybe it's not that bad for you but I think smoking is the same as electric smoking. Try to sport more.

| get some nicotine gum or something else used for withdrawals. I saw it in army many times. ppl tried to quit without any help. most important is that you tell your friend that you are trying to quit and ask for their help. tell your friends to support your decicion. and if you smoke with your friends its quite hard. I asked a lot of smokers why they smoke. Mostly is social smoking. alot ppl smoked cos their friends did and it was so strong habbit to to smoke with them. Ofcoure the addiction to nicotine is one too. most ppl who tried to quit without any nicotine products ended up smokong about 1 or 2 days after so..
Be strong it aint easy but the best victories are fought hard!

| Imo it's more an emotional thing, everytime u take a sigaret just think that it will ruin you and in the end even might kill you. Sigarets are just crap, why the hell would you wonna blow deadly smoke through your lungs -.- (im not attacking you, this hopefully might make u think )

| not at all foxy, we smokers have heard it many times before that it kills you and stuff!
Somehow it doesnt really affect you, unless something goes wrong with YOUR OWN HEALTH once. People who dont smoke die of lungcancer aswell, like my nana(didnt smoke or drink)
Trick is: Just stay busy with all sorts of things. If you notice you want a cigarette go do smth quickly it really helped for me. BUT YOU MUST REALLY WANT TO QUIT!!! I didnt really want to quick back then and still i stopped for 2 months, then I knew i could quit if I wanted too, its all matter of mental strength!

Depends which one. There is 2 types of e-cigarettes: based on nicotine (in much more lower dose) OR based on flavours + water. But anyways you get the best (and the hardest) solution - SPORT!

Well they just did some research that those are more dangerous than normal cigarettes. I just read it on newspaper but dont remember why it was more dangerous.

You may reference to some VERY VERY RARE accidents that happen with the cheapest e-cigarettes made in china style ones. => Exploding because of battery overheating.

Ya i just found that article i read about it but i remembered it wrong. Its just that none has never researched injurious effects of electric cigaret so basically they just dont know if its more dangerous than normal or less dangerous in long perioid. Please note that long period before giving comment "they have tested it".
