XXX vs Marx

| Ok so tonight I witnessed a weird situation between these two folks!
Apparently, Marx spammed a little and xxx took the decision to kick him suddenly without warning (telling after that marx did the same before when he was still in clan...)
The result is that marx went crazy and won't play anymore on this server (that's what he said)...
As a manager I asked xxx to apologize to Marx because his behaviour is clearly not acceptable in this time of reorganisation in our clan... He told me no.
So I decided to ùake this topic to see what you guys think of that! It is very childish and won't be tolerated in our server...
This situation is not the first I see in our clan so I suggest to all of you to act as a decent player, politely...
I didn't want all people to see it so I didn't post this in abuse reports for now!
XXX this is my final warn...

| I did not witness the show, but I've heard the story from all sides already.
I like you all, but it seems that some members really hate eachother.
We all are here with the same purpose: Getting IA back on track & have fun together. Things like these will not help. Problems between members will not help. If you are not here for this purpose, say it out loud and I will kick you with pleasure.
I got no idea how the hell people who dont know eachother, are from different places of the world and are playing a game over the internet can fight eachother. Its just a game people, be proud to participate in such a great community together. Stop the arguing and start enjoying, thats what this clan is for.
I hope you all are mature enough to solve the problems between eachother, everyday again I notice hate and negative things between members. Stop bullying. Start playing. Members, ex-members and players.
If there is anything going on between you and a member and you are unable to solve it yourself, you can contact any manager or me.
Keep in mind that every "fight" you get into affects all the members. People left us in the past due to the fights.
I think it would be wise if Dime and Fletcher will appoint some people as the Admin Abuse Team. They should get into this and solve it on a normal way. Feel free to contact me for any suggestions.
I hope this little text will give you a heads-up. Im not mad at anyone and this is not a special reply for xXx or Marx, this is for all of you. All the members and ex-members. Because not only the persons mentioned above are doing these things.
Goodluck with respecting eachother.

and i dont think you can pretend to be nice to someone who you hate...

| Zletozen, ... im a bit dissapointed to the way u r handling this case boss... you r making marx sound more like a victim. You werent there when he spammed A LITTLE (like he always does). Somebody already told him to stfu, but he didnt quit it. First i thought i'd mute or warn him myself, but i knew he wouldnt listen to me or stop it after mute, so i decided to kick him. Marx reconnected the server the second i left it, so dont worry u r favorite boy is not gone. BTW you r actually warning me?
Reload, in case u missheard i told that to marx after he reconnected and was going crazy, you all saw what language he was using.
I'm not gonna apogolize at this time because i still dont see what i did wrong here. If I remember right marx has had fights with other members too, so why you dont suggest him to change his behaviour than blame this all crap on me?'

Actually I don't really care! There is an argument between you two and I've warned marx too...
The fact is that you're a member and should act like that!
You told me yesterday that this argument go back to the time marx was a member and that he was abusing you by kicking or even banning without reasons...
I don't want this situation anymore in this server! So clear it or we will take charge of it!
And that apply to you two! The same message will be sent to marx!

It's hard to punish Marx since he isn't in the clan anymore. But since he is in IA's Hall of Fame we'd expect him to act mature and be an example for the other members. Such little fights can happen, but just make sure you fix it yourself. IA has a nice group and it should stay that way. Incidents can always happen, but it should stay an incident. Talk it over please.
