My opinion about this: Things like this happen in every clan in the world so of course this happens also in IA! What we have to do with all of us, is trying to make this happen as less as possible!
This is not something only the managers can do, EVERYONE must try to do something about this! Bedore you are going to argue look at yourself first and think if what you will do really is necessary! If it isn't don't do it, if it is do it gentle and friendly first!
