And no, Paul didn't go solo on this and decide him to join after 4 days from the application. Wiking is an ex-member of ours and he's a good guy, therefor I gave paul rights to approve him whenever he feels comfortable, and more like pushed him to approve wiking tomorrow due to the changes happening.
