| People can edit it before manager or someone else sees it, so it wouldn't make any difference as it would be nice to delete own stupid posts.

| Guuuuys guuuys guuuys stop the fussing and fighting.
But when people can ony edit their posts, there arises some sort of art from old posts that are edited, like huge political messages that get edited into thoughtful artistically meaningless messages, that give the reader the space in their mind to give it a meaning.
I'll give an example:
This was the original message:
Meizi:
Oh man, plei you are such a poopy douche! I hate green political statements! Grumble grumble grumble shercio is a monkey!
And then someday Meizi realises he was wrong and he wants to change his message in, like I said, an artistically message. Like:
Meizi:
A green fox is like a blue flower on my little toe from my left foot. I usually fart golden wind, when a new tree gets planted.
This way we create a nice memorable arsenal of messages (in the middle of useless conversations) that consist meanings the reader creates for itself.

maybe only last few posts possible to delete not all, if people start deleting alot of stuff they sayd it can mess up most topics. You can aswell edit it to Delete or somthin? .

That is just stupid argument If I delete my post to "Delete" it would have exact same out-come as I would be able to delete it on my own.
