Ive seen an increase in people leaving and i think you / we gotta do something to help and make this number of people leaving alot lower? i mean where losing some GREAT members (meizi) (Wolfy) we need to find out the problem and kill it >:)
the thing by ppl leaving, u get a feeling inside of you, you like shouldnt sad that once and a while, like its ur foult, i feel so, i can be rude sometimes.. so it feels like im a part of the foult, thats my feeling,

If I look at the past, more ppl left us around these times due to private reasons. Holidays, parents, school where they fail and notice that have a shitload of work to finish before the year ends.. etc.
but like always 70% of the ppl leaving us, will come back in a short time The previous years we were also stressing.. but soon everything will "fit together" again and all be fine.
Tho I would like ppl to go inactive instead of leaving, but well not my decision
