Recruitment has stopped for now, within 3 weeks recruitment will be open again.

All new recruits will get promotion to make the recruit levels free.

well I can pay it myself if needed. but first I want to see more inprovement, Im cheking how co-owners work now after that and with some new members I will take a look at the slots.
