Tired of looking for the server in the server list?
You need to make a shortcut of your ET.exe on your desktop.
Go to the game folder. (normally, C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein Enemy territory)
Right click on the ET.exe and go to "Copy to" ("kopiëren naar" in Dutch)

Now select the option. "Copy to" --> Desktop (make a shortcut)
After you have done this go to your newly created shortcut on your desktop. Now click Right on it, and a go to "properties"

You will now see the properties menu of the shortcut. Select the tap "shortcut" on the top. And you will see this:

What you need to do here is add a commandline to your target selected and marked by a red arrow.

Now Press "Ok" and you are done.
When you use this shortcut You directly go to the IA server. You can rename it if you want..
