i cant seem to fix my resolution on my 11 inch laptop. (ingame)

for some reason it stays at the 800*400 size, but the quality does increase when i change it :/

Add this to your autoexec.cfg and fill in the the orange parts

set r_mode "-1"
set r_customwidth "Max-value-of-your-screen"
set r_customheight "Max-value-of-your-screen"
set r_fullscreen "1"
set r_displayrefresh "60"

after /exec autoexec
type /vid_restart

should work

you dont need a guid.

you know how to make a cfg?

Iff not:
open notepad
type your lines
in this case:

PS add your max resolution .. . . . . .

Code

set r_mode "-1"
set r_customwidth "Max-value-of-your-screen"
set r_customheight "Max-value-of-your-screen"
set r_fullscreen "1"
set r_displayrefresh "60"

now comes the trick. dont save it as a .txt file! But save as:
autoexec.cfg

open game and type:
/exec autoexec

after that type:
/vid_restart
