maybe some people have this but if u dont .. get it !
it binds 2 keys *Example mine is Alt and Z* to minimize my ET so i can go do some thing eles.. then press the Same two keys or click ET to get it back up. to use it all you need to do is down load from this link http://www.softsia.com/download-gv02.htm and after download click on the ETMIN.exe icon on your desktop then start ET.

i think it works without that whole operation on alt + enter.

For other programs (Dont worked for et .. when i tested ) i used DM2 its a nice program for example you can create a virtual second desktop you press button .. and it shows a clean desktop you press again and it shows your opend programs and many other features.

For Example Little Meizi goes to a site others shouldnt see and he need to go to the toilet fast , he open DM2 and swtich to a Clean virtual desktop ... and can easy switch it with his preferd Hotkeys back to the second Desktop . ( More then 2 Virtual Desktops can be used )
