I made this at the forum of my old clan so i just pate it here:

You can also make this console different sizes.
To get a tiny console (good for entering silent admin commands while spectating someone) hit Ctrl + ~.
To get a fullscreen console (good for reviewing what has recently happened if you have been afk) hit Alt + ~.
to show all of you admin commands type
!help
to show the explanation of a command type:
!help + [command]
ex.
!help admintest
to clear your consolescreen type
/clear
[up arrow] will repeat the previously typed text.
[down arrow] will repeat the next typed text.
[pgup]: will scroll up the consolescreen
[pgdn]: will scroll back down again
[ctrl] + [home]: To move to the top of the console
[ctrl] + [end]: To move to the bottom of the console
[ctrl] + v :will pastes text from the Windows into your console.
autocomplete:
you dont have to type the whole cvar command.
you can you a short cut by using [TAB]
/r_[TAB] (renderer) variables and commands
or
/cg_[TAB]
or
/!he[TAB]
to set ET into the original (default) settings type
/exec etconfig
to show all you binds type
/bindlist
