I just want to thank you all once again for keeping the server active and the nice attitude you all got at the server. Ofcourse there are some cases here and there, but hey we are all humans! 
So 2014 is here, a year with again new chances and hopefully we can work this all out together.
Im glad we finally managed to get some "peace" between the members and a proper working leading part of the clan. Took some time to achieve this again, but from my point of view we actually achieved this goal very well.
I'm also glad that some of the .WAR| members joined our team, really nice to have these admins around! They always were a great team and I hope we can be their new place. Ofcourse you all have to get used to it, but give it some time and I bet you will feel great here.
Lately alot of members are suggesting things and are bringing new, cool ideas. I really appreciate this and believe me, we are working hard to go through all these things and make sure we can implement it in our clan!
Altho I do my best to let you all know that it is really appriciated and I want to update you all about these things it sometimes happen I might fail at this... yeah I know badbad me.
Also keep in mind that we know that some of you here got some very nice admin skills, capable of being an officer or even a manager. Tho its pretty hard for us to make everybody an officer/manager (there wont be much members left then) because we always got a solid team of officers and managers, to many just wont work. Will be hard to get an agreement on things then.
But believe me, everybody got a chance to join the team, just like the ones we got in the team at the moment. Sometimes it may take a while, but eventually you get there. Especially new members maybe got the feeling that it takes ages. But you also got to understand that we need to get to know you better before we approve you in the team.
This topic doesn't really mean alot, Its just some chitchatting so please go ahead if you got anything to share aswell. Would be nice to hear some stories!
Im just very happy about our little community and the great members, sometimes its also important to share this

But i just want to say we have a nice group now.
and we all get a long with each other, it's like a good friend group!
