| I see this going on and on and I DONT AGREE!
People are just leaving and rejoining all the time, what the hell is this?
If you decide to manage on a server (definition of an admin) then show some respect and loyalty and do your job with pride. All those childish leaving decisions makes me pissed, on my previous clan there wasn't something like rejoining, leaving, rejoining,...all the time. If you want something, then go for it. If you are not sure, then just leave and play on our server without any consequences or obligations.
Can i ask you guys why we allow all those rediculous rejoins? If you want to join back after few years i can understand, but not every 3-4 months. I think leaving and rejoining all the time is some serious childish behaviour which is wrong.
Opinions please!

but if ur point was - no need to rush with leavings etc, then i got to agree, but still we can forgive for good members

as xalto said, we have our votes about them and if you do not like to have some1 around, say no. simple as that.
i dont see it as "childish behavior" its more like too hasty decision.
yes it should have some consequences but there are people who actually has a good reason for their leaving.

The thing is I love the obligations I have in here, but sometimes RL's call is stronger. That's why the choice is hard, but I don't see why we can't take back valuable members after their problems are solved.

I totally agree, but just go inactive. Why would you leave the clan if you have RL problems? Just post inactive forum, that will spare u the work to post another apply again.
The thing is: if someone leaves, joins a clan, decides to come back after 3 weeks. He gets approved again cuz we all know him... i think its weird

I think my life situation can change very much in 3-4 months, i would more likely refer this to meizi's 3-4 days leavings. Hmmm I think this is not a hard one.
Lets refer that question. Why go inactive. When in charge of a team as manager or leader you need to active. This takes time and dedication. Al the managers and officers are dedicated. The problem often is that the managers are to much dedicated, and that RL is demanding that they need to stop putting all their effort into a game and start taking care of real life issues. At least that was the case in my life.
So wher you are trying to catch up with your RL issues you dont want to think about the clan because it's distracting.
I have taken the time to sort out my shit in RF and now I want to spend more time on the IA| server. I miss my buddies and I decided that I can be a part of the IA| family again.
Is this making sense?

| I kinda agree with all.
If loved members come back, from RL problems, we all accept them (most of us, for who they know them).
Still, i think for what Foxy's refering to is those ppl who get it, then kicked out cause of inactivity, then they come back again, again get kicked, again in, all just cause they're good friends or what.
And i agree with him. If they don't take it seriously, don't get in it at all (:
Of those rage-quits. Sure, they're lame, still some ppl have good reasons, some don't.
For example (i don't want to always point at him) Meizi, who rage-quits, comes back, again rage-quits, again comes back, tho' the reasons are quite lame, still he's welcomed back, cause he's an ancient member of this clan (:

Yes, that's what i decided to do for now, although my inactivity might take longer :/

That's exactly why i left the first time! But because of the reason that I knew that I wanna come back, the second time i chose goin inactive instead and im pretty much around whenever my time allows me to do so
