| I've put reorganizing at start today but posting couple of steps which will happen during a few months. I'll let you know what happens in stage 1, so everybody are aware of our current situation.
Stage 1:
1. Reorganizing the management
1.1 Removal of Officers group -> new managers
1.2 Checking managers' activity.
1.3 Giving the jobs for managers.
1.4 Specifying Managers' jobs and powers.
1.5 Seeking for new potential managers.
2. Members activity
2.1 Activity checks.
2.2 Kick-outs.
2.3 New level system
2.4 Later, promotions.
3. Forum activity
3.1 A WAY TO GET RID OF THE SPAMMERS!!!!
3.2 Management team figures out a way to increase forum activity.
3.3 Games/events/quizzes to make forums more attractive.
4. Server activity
4.1 Checking the settings.
4.2 Members/Managers active on server
4.3 Advertising
4.4 Advertising
4.5 Advertising
These steps will happen soon in order to get our activity back. I will keep you all updates on things, and first step might happen soon 
For the end, I copy&paste my small, but hopefully powerful little text of our clan, which I posted on management forums today;
And for the last words I just want to say that even though I've been lately inactive, I've never forgotten this clan and despite our current situation I don't believe we are in a crisis yet. I've never lost hope for us, hopefully neither have you. We still have many old and new members who cares for our community a lot and doesn't want us to get killed. In my opinion as long as we got active and eager members among us, we have nothing to worry about. We might get smaller, but our spirit won't disappear if we don't let it. Our community is great. Now, let's make it a bit bigger, again!

Trying to be as active as i can but i have summer holiday aswell and i spend alot of time at a friends house so i probably wont be online at serv everyday unfortunately
Anyways ill be as active as possible

| I think u are right paul, theres much more jaymod and nq players then silent.. even tho i like silent more nowadays id like to give it a try.
