i have i7 2600k and have seen 5ghz put not stable (dont have time to mess araund beguse ET and work) if im lucky il see 5.2ghz
Well as far as i know i5 and i7 pretty much same thing except i7 got 2mb more memory pagefile and hyperthreading. And only 10% of sandybridge processors able to go 5ghz or more so i am lucky indeed having one which can go 5ghz without crashing.

I got idle 30degrees and 4,5ghz so pretty much same. Afterall it is known that noctua has best aircoolers in world so not wondering at all, pretty much same cooling effect as ur h100 but is more quiet.
And i know, horrible mess of wires but i blame those 3HDD's, dvd drive and ssd which cables i just couldnt hide anywhere wisely. And please dont tell me cleaning my case from dust. :d

Ah i gotta check that out if i can do it. Just got those fans on the other side so i dont know if there is room for 6 cables and dunno if they are long enough but definitely worth of trying, thanks!
And ye i got 2500k and mobo is ASUS P8P67 PRO (REV 3.1), http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8P67_PRO_REV_31/. I know it is not best mobo for overclocking but i never had in my mind do highly overclocked system.
