example: you joined here 4-1-2013, that there will be a topic made with the text:
congratulations ..... this is your 1/2/3 year anniversary

This little text just above the forum which will stay there for 1 day.
At the moment its only visible for the user himself. I try to look for ways to show it to everybody but I guess this is not possible with Ucoz.
