| I didn't know where to put this topic. So I put it here.
I've seen you guys are working on ETpro team. I can only say GOOD! But I know it's not really my business.
But first I will give a little word to people who has denied for ETpro team.
ETpro:
Practice alot on ETpro guys. I know alot will think it's useless to practice on ETpro. Cause they think like I did.
They think how can you get better in a game, when they rape you so freaking hard on ETpro. I remember my first
ETpro games like it was yesterday. I had scores like 3-50, But I started ETpro after 2-3months playing jaymod.
But you will see your aim will improve. I saw kangur his application has been denied, I'm not only talking for
you now. But for every1 who didn't pass, find some1 who is also trying to get in. Play with him on an ETpro server.
There is always more fun when you play with 2, then alone.
HEADSET:
This is very important guys, without headset you are not able to talk with your team.
Also you hear SO MUCH MORE with an headset, then with regular speakers.
@vATU: I think u can make a rule in apply, headset needed, cause its REALLY very annoying when you have
some1 without headset, so you can't communicate.
SCRIPTS:
Class binds for swapping class is very important. it's not the meaning, you have to open limbo meny, change
class to 'x'. When u close limbo you didn't tap, you didn't respawn etc....
Spawntimers if you know when they spawn u already won the game for 25%. People who never played ETpro,
I suggest them so stay in spec for 1min, look how axis spawn get raped by nades, panzers, spawncampers.
You will be impressed how fast it can go. Most used spawntimes are: 15.20.25.30
SELFKILL:
Be sure you binded this one. Also learn to use it. When you play ETpro, practice on it. Cause you will see.
When you war, you will FAIL alot with this.
BRAINS:
It's all about camp and good crossfire. you need to be surprisingly. Don't camp at spots who are so knowable.
I see alot of people leaning very bad. Or for example delivery ... The spot behind the box under the window.
I mean .... HALLLOOO, you have obj already more then 1min. We can't see you around the gate, WHERE
should he be ....

First of all good job, and gratz man.
Like I said above, make a rule about the headset 
I understand you denied people who aren't good enough. But I suggest you should spec them. And give
information why they didn't pass. You have alot of things to evaluate. How they strafe (TJ), how they aim,
how they lean, how they time nade, if they use sound, all things to evaluate.
I'm sure you can handle such a responsibility. That's why I also think they made a good choice making you
leader.
An other point, I know from experience it's not easy to play by mixed teams with different languages. So, maybe
you can make a dutch and english team. Cause I already saw you have 4 dutch people and 2 'english' people.
It's way easier if you can talk you a language you are used to.
Also I know from experience you will pay attention at start for the people who didn't pass. I readed you want
to coach them which is great, but after a while you won't pay that much attention on them. Cause you're sick
of them. I'm not blaming you for anything or something, but that's how it will go, believe me.
I also think you need to take make a list of who didn't pass, but who is bitten to get better. When you have
couple of people. according the amount of it. +8 people, I would split up. And take them to ETpro.
play an hour a week on ETpro with teamspeak. MAKE IT FUN, but this is how they practice.
This is how I think about it. It's up to you guys and specially vATU what you will do with this.

| Thanks for you information Kwantum. I agree with you about the headset. Without it you can't play decently.
