| Lately many players who are voted on are getting a probation while more than 50% of the votes were 'NO'. This needs to be settled; we've to create a guideline for this.
Something like: Amount of YES in percentage of total votes 0% - 50% = refused 51% - 65% = long probation (4 weeks) 66% - 80% = short probabtion (2 weeks) 81% - 100% = accepted
We can argue about the percentages and decisive-votes later; but just think a minute about the main idea of creating a system to ban all uncertaincies.

| i think it would be just best that if there's more yes votes than no votes he would get approved. If not he wouldn't get approved. And probation period would be defined by recruiter who makes a decision based on members votes whether put applicant into probation or not.

| I don't think an application should get approved when maybe 50% of the voters have a reason to despise him. That 50% have a good reason to leave this player outside of the community. I don't think it's good to assign that player then, or at least not yet. He has to earn more rescect and change visions of players instead, before he can join. That's where the probation comes in.

| I agree with you guevara, but if the recruiters thinks the applicant should have probation, because they could change their behaviour then i find it legit. However, Theres is a huge elephant in the room that gets overlooked here. If 51% votes NO and the applicant is put in probation, how are you gonna find out if the voters have changed their minds? Answer: By having a second voting round. Which none of the recruiters does and they accept people in after the probation, because there were no complaints.

| Yes. So, indeed, therefore we might aswell create a 2nd voting. Players who have been in probation will get a final vote.
So to summary:
- A player applies - A first voting round is created - Our members see the player and base their vote on their observations - The results may result in; denied, long probation, short probation, and accepted - For those who have got a probation a second voting round will be created. - During this probation our members take a close look and think of a final vote - After the probation even these players get recruited or get refused.
