| well you can basically do only single kills with it nowdays, so i don't think even decreasing the power is needed. Back in the days when we were on jaymod you were able to kill 5 people with a single shot, it was truly amazing xD Back then I was really annoyed by it but now I've soften to it since it's not that powerful anymore.
