I'd just like to give a suggestion for recruitment:

Recruiters could make up with a day and hour, so all would come & play and be evaluated cause lately the server isn't quite full/playable and being evaluated with bots playing isn't quite.. real biggrin

after we get that match server we'd hope some people would play there and we get set up couple of games there.

We are recruiting people now based on there skils we see, than as sooon as we got our own etpro server running we are gooing to play in there with all the players to see exactly how good the skils are and how people do in an etpro server.
