IA: gooing ET PRO

| hi, guy's,
I'ts me again eQia,
Sinds i've heard that there was no ET pro in IA i was wandering if i could manage this, to create one?
First of all, if this is upcomming and already beeing discussed, tell me. If not, hear my idea.
I am willing to run the ET pro section of IA, these are my idea's:
1). The tags, Q (stand for Quality) the members of IA who ar in the scrim team were them like so;
IA|eQia.Q
2). Server? No need, its not that we need to have our own server witch is running etpro. I had the idea of making a Squad. A IA etpro squad, that just play's on other servers.
3). Battels, when we are ready. As we have our team we begin to train in servers. Skils and teamwork, everyone has to know what to do and when to do, more of how i see this (when the idea is accepted) in our own forum section.
Let me know what u think, and if u got any tips. I cant run it alone so i will need all the help i can get.

We had ETPro team in past but not these days because none is willing to manage and take care of it so I am glad to see you are willing to take care of this.

What i would like to know that how big squad u had in ur mind? And did u have plans to recruit players to etpro from our clan or outsiders?
Outsiders are not obviously problem for me as long as they keep their ego down if they happen to pop up in our silent server. (Or i promise personally let them know meaning of good shooter. :D:D)

| 1) I prefer if members of scrimteam decide together the tags.
2) We might not need a server but i talked to sher and we are willing to offer you a 14 slot server for etpro purposes.
3)first form your team, 3-4 guys as active players is what i would consider as team.

| Hey guy's!
First of all, thanks for the quick reply and for tleling me how you guy's think about it.
The awnsers to your questons:
1). Yea, i like to manage it!
2). i had an idea like 4 active players and max 8 into the squad. We need alround players, like engi, medic, ammo etc.
3). own server is not nesesry yet (sry for my bad english). First we need to make a Squad, make a forum section and begin. When we have a start on forum section i can set rules, apply etc. Then when we got like 4 - 8 players we will see how well it go's. who know's maby it wont work, than a server is not needed.
4).I onley wanna recruit from inside #IA. This works better bycouse outside players may have (what u said) high ego and wont work as a team with #IA players.
For recruiting:
I will go and see in server if some one has good skils. i'll be watching for:
1). Aiming skils (HS)
2). Teamwork skils.
3). and most of all, knowlige! Knowing the game, know when to charge, when to defende, and how to defend.

| 1) entire etpro team decides the tag, you will be the leader but we may also assign somebody to lead with you.
2)I see no point in setting max limit of members, as long as they play actively.
3)we (sher) benefits from the server anyway so we will be most likely setting it up. We already have Etpro forums but its hidden due previous etpro team going inactive
4)you may recruit from outside and i prefer if you do that at the start so they get up to speed with rest of the teams chemistry.

For tags, okay was just an idea. And yea, ofcourse! i will be happy if some one would lead it with me cause i am still learning about the game more and more. even if i am not around its good that players can talk to another leader.

Yea, your right.
But a limit of places creates that people are willing to train for it, to become good enough.
BTW: I dont mind having 10 / 15 people in the scrim. onley not to much.

Well, yhea we whant mostly skilled players but,..... skils come in many way.
1. u can be a solo fragger good! but when u need to teamwork maby u find it nothing and just cant work together.
2. onley medic, or engi wont happen. We need players who can be like, warrior: medic, and engi. eQia ammo, covert ops. you need to be abel to play more classes.
