NEXT map voting

| Hi IA,
On another server I found that there is an option to vote for next map with an automatic !next command. Meaning no admin has to be there to do !next.
On IA-server there is already an RESTART MAP button. I think it will be good idea to put a NEXT MAP button too.
Think about it
