but maybe is possible that only player who wants it can hear it or smth?like if Bleach want that sound is it possible to set it somehow that only he can hear it?

| I guess it's in mod settings which means that when you turn it on everybody on the server hears it, but you'll hear only your own headshots, not the others. Or I'm just guessing, haven't looked into this that much.
And if we would put this on, I'm sure there's people who doesn't like this sound and find it's annoying and then leave the server, which isn't our server's purpose.
