We are trying a new idea: Squads.
We want to make squads, a team of some members who will do a specific job. These squads got a Captain + some officers.
Every squad will have a "Squad name".
the leader of a squad will be an officer or higher, the officers of a squad can be an officer or higher but also members.

To try this we start with 1 squad.

This squad will take care about the decision that are made on the server.
for example
if the axis got 10players and the allies 6 and all votes to shuffle a team fail, this squad will take care that there will be a shuffle.
another example
a member banned without some warrnings a player who said noob to another player, this isnt the way we want to handle the players so, so SAF will come and unban the player and give the member a warning.
Also they will send a report to me with what happened.

Together (the SAF-team and I) we will discuss what to do with that specific player.

If you want to join a Squad, contact the captain, he/she will discuss with me if you can join or not.

Squad members are some power members, their decision should be an good decision. so respect them. they have to respect you also ofcourse!

We live from the players, no players, not a full server, so low rank.
Dont be hard for players, also respect them and dont kick/ban/mute/splat/etc. when there isnt a really good reason for it.

This is in the "trying-stage" so we are checking how this works. complaints or ideas I want to hear.
