updates to the No Download server

| there gonna be some updates on the NoDownload server. Maybe u noticed that I did some tests with it. think about:
Map vote
objective cycle (without radar and railgun) These setting I will turn off again, I checked how the server was running with these settings and the oldschool settings.. and its better to get the old ones back. so:
No votes
campaigncycle (all 6 origional maps) These updates will be done tonigh or tomorrow night.
