| Ok guys it tooked me some time 2 days and to sutdy ur opinions and consider most fo them well i this is wat it is : Minimum Xp will be 15K>Is not much 15 k wud take about 3-4 days to achive so not big deal .
After the players reach the 15k exp he can post on forum , then the recruiters must vote if the player go in the race for THE VOTE ( when he pass the recruiter's vote then guys u can vote for him if u want him or no ) . If he pass this he will go in the Probation Period (he will put our tags and at end of his name [PB]) the PB period wud be maximum one week in this time recruiters must spec him see how he comports . (recruiters can accept also some notices from members so they wud be welcome to help us with info ) after the probation we *RECRUITERS* will put in balance all he had made ons erver ....if he was active on forum , respect players etc. we will vote one more time if he will get approvved in the clan or nO ... i hope u like it so i want to see some replayes about it . i taked in consideration most of the opinions evry one's ideea ..and put it together so evry one will count in the race for recruitment . ! | So did I got this right: first the recruit need recruiter vote to get into all members voting right? So if the any recruiter want pass recrut can owners change it like passing him to the all members vote and same disc the recruiters desicition. hope you understood what I meant.

| in my recruiting way i didn't say anything about OWNERS ...i dun understand too much btw owners can refuze a player in special conditions i mean owner is above all he is the supreme court here btw .. i dun think that will happen what u say spoon because owners will say no or yes only in some extreme conditions if u understand me . btw the recruitment will be like this if owners will aprooove it ...already Green say'd yes i want also the rest of owners to answer....and i want to be fair and EVRY ONE TO BE RECRUITED LIKE ALL PLL i rly dun like special treatment cuz for me all are equal and adm lwl dosen't matter. | i like the idea.. very affective.. But it would take 3 or 4 days if ur on like 5 hrs at a time.. But if they stay on about 1hr or 2hrs it'll take them about 2 weeks or 1 week.. and that would give them time to meet the members, and start to know us, and it will give them time to be comfortable playing for us. Either way i think its a good idea

| recruitment will be open after we got a good view of the members with the "undercover" operation and after we promoted them, this probably will be in january. I like this idea and these rules start when we open recruitment.
