| he should be the one of us to make sure everyone interseted in etpro get dates (for practising, playing,etc..) so we can play together nd people get intersed in etpro again.

You guys whine but everytime I ask u to play noone's answering me so...
But yeah I can't be really active in the weekend and I guess that's when ppl have time, but unfortunately I don't.
By the way, you guys also have to show me that you are available to play when I come online on xfire or on the gameserver. I can't guess it you know. And you could also pracc when I'm off I don't see a problem in that

| There is no need of a new leader if you are willing to take care of this and I can understand it if you dont have much time, especially in this month. Busy time for all.
I agree with both, its maybe nice to hear some more of you on the forums sadface.
But the others also got to understand that there is no need of a leader to practise, if you really are willing to play ETpro, arrange some other people and have a match. Not that hard.

| Well I'm glad that sadface is back in shape, I can understand that his moral was low with the team because he thinks no body is interested to play, but from now on, guys if you want to play ask anyone from the team and we'll play together.. therefore sadface created an iA xfire group.

| The meaning of ETpro leader always has been that he handles and votes and makes sure the team is active. But it doesn't mean ETpro leader has to start every freaking match and search them. You get better experience if you go by yourself ask around from your friends if they're up to playing. Then you go and search a match and so on. You don't need a leader for that. The reason for inactivity is in members, not in leader. Members are the ones who match and fight.
But sure, it's nice to have an active leader who you can ask help from. But also, we have lots of experienced members in clan who you could ask for help as well.
