1.First of all, u CANT do it in console..
if u have CFG, just add it to your Autoexec file. if u dont have a cfg ,u should open Notepad file and to write it there:

2.Write this (Example)

set NAME "vsay oops B(.)(.)bS.

Then bind a key::
bind o vstr NAME

3.save the file in your ETmain folder. name of the file: autoexec.cfg
4.go to the game and write in console: /exec autoexec.
