Okay so, over the past a few months recruitment hasn't worked as smoothly as you might want it to. But now we've made some changes and by these we hope our recruitment starts to work properly again.

The first change you might have already noticed is that I've become a manager and more specific a recruiter. Also, we've decided that we had too many members on this section for working in such a small job, so we've reduced amount of recruiters to 2. So, from now on, Meizi and Twister will be the only recruiters, as in Meizi as leading recruiter and Twister as backup.

After we got this settled we decided to remove a rule which we found irrelevant. This was 5k xp rule. From now on, there won't be any xp requirements to join our clan to make us more attractive for our visitors.

Because we had to remove one question out of our guideline, we decided to add one more question there, which we find very important one. It's a question number 4. We decided to ask in application of applicants previous clans, because we like to know where he's been and do a little investigating after that. So our guideline looks like this now:

1. What is your In-Game nickname?

2. What is your Xfire username?

3. Tell something about yourself, what do you like, what do you do in your freetime,
how old are you and anything else that you would like to share with us!

4. What are your previous clans and which was your rank in them?

5. What is the reason why you want to join us?

6. Did you read our rules and will you uphold them?

Also we made our recruiting steps more clear for everybody so all knows how things are handled.
