Hi

It has to be said. I am a bit mad about the things going on in IA.

What does IA stands for in my eyes:
IA is a wolfenstein ET clan. We aren't a community that wants people to be skilled, pro, ...
We are a community that wants to assemble people of the whole world and have fun with each one of them! We want to make fun, have a laugh. But we also want a good communication, teamwork etc! We are a clan full of friends and I lost my heart here!

What is IA at this moment in my eyes?
IA is a clan full of people who keep nagging on each other. Seems like no manager/owner or any other high level can do something right. We always get criticized by members. For some people this is more than others. Ofcourse a high level person can make some mistakes! We are human tooè (Except JT he's an alien). But please, do tell this nice to us! We are trying our best to make IA the best clan in the world! But we have to work together to achieve that!
Everyone can say what he wants in this clan, I don't care about your level, if you want to say something and you are level 9 or you want to say something and you are level 18 me and all the other members will listen to you! But don't start a fight about it!
As I noticed fights never solved any problem in a good way!
Only thing that happens, is people who get pissed of and wanne do stupid things!
I don't know if I am the only person in this clan who cares about emotional things like feelings..

Today something happend that made me mad! You all have to grow up a little bit!
I'm not mad at one person in particular! I am mad at the situation!
Now please look at yourself and think, did I do something wrong? Did I overreact? Or something like that. If you did, try not to do it again and maybe try to apologize to the person.
I know you all are good guys/girls! I really like you all!
I'm doing my best to make IA work, but situations like this don't make this more easy!

Don't see this message as I am raging to you in person, see this as a wake up call that something needs to change!

My regards!
Bob

Edit: The high levels really try to do their best as possible! So a little bit of respect would be nice!
Thanks!

Exactly this kind of actions i wanted to see from you bob, when you got promoted to owner!
I think everyone needs to earn his respect and imo this post if anything shows you got balls to that job!

Get members in line but don't be too "armylike", its fun game after all but indeed you gotta have some authority to lower leveled players. I think everyone should look to mirror and relax a bit maybe. We had that nice spirit on server couple of weeks ago when i still played public. I don't know whats going on there now and since i havent read forums a lot either in past week or two but i hope u fix things.

Mind you everyone, as clan members you're supposed to support each other. If you dont agree with something or have a problem with someone
dont shout about it on the public chat or public forums, keep it within
the clan. It looks really bad if clan members start fighting each other
in public, and it might even be amusing to some "outsiders".

We always get criticized by members

Criticizing is great. In fact I think every member/player/visitor on our server or even near or community should think clear and objective about the clan and it's environment. But the problem is; you're pointing at the fact that many are blaming the management for mistakes or unfinished work, but do not contribute with a proper solution. Thus, criticizing is a good opportunity for growth as long as you come up with a solution.

You shouldn't blame the management. You'd help them arrange a greater server, a greater forum, and a greater IA. Together we've to manage our community, and together we'll play.
The staff shouldn't be the ones correcting every single members, because the members should be able to solve it without them. As a family you're able to solve a fight with your younger brother without interference of your mom and dad. Your other brothers will help you aswell, and together you'll solve those small issues.

(This paragraph isn't quite important to the mainstream reader; you'd skip this paragraph)
Looking critical and judiciary at everybody and everything is one of the most important things to do. In any situation you'd be aware of inaccuracies or faults. Don't believe anything anyone tells you. Even my message at the moment. Think of it. Is this guy really making sense, or is he just writing philosophical bullshit. As I pointed out; be aware. Even during a quarrel between your best friend and a random person. I know it seems hard, but why does it always appeal that your friend is right and the other guy is wrong. You just heard one side of the story. Obviously they are contradictory, but which one is true. Nevertheless you'd be conscious about the existance of two sides of a tale. Or even a third sidee of an eyewitness who was around. One of the greatest biases around is the fact that you're already looking from one specific view. For example; you assume that when a married wife gets stoned (not like smoking weed), because she was raped and therefore cheated on her husband, is wrong. Why do you even assume that's wrong, well that's a part of your view. Or more clearified, it's your culture. The fact that we don't punish our wives in the same situation drives those other husbands crazy. Why? That's because they have another way of thinking about some subjects. Anyway. You'd even be critical about your best friends and yourself. And I question if that's even possible. But you'd at least try.

So when you're posting any critics about others. Just stop and think for a while. What would I do in that same position, or what should I have done better. Then add an suggestion which contributes to the improvement of our beloved community. Because that's the goal and we'll reach it faster if we help eachother!

Thanks for your attention
