| the votes dont work anymore its again the stuff with the 300 sec after map start votes are blocked.

The problem is that you can vote, any vote, in the first 300seconds of the map.
After the 300 seconds its not possible to vote anymore..

| Actually it is because of the bots.
3 players online means there are 13 bots. 2 players vote yes and 1 vote no.
50% of the bots will vote yes and another 50% vote no.
Since 13 is an uneven number, you will have 7 bots voting yes and 6 bots voting no (the highest amount of bots will always vote yes)
which means that a total of 9 are voting yes (2 players + 7 bots) and 7 will vote no (1 player + 6 bots)
9 out of 16 = 56,25%
which means that the vote which was casted was at 56,25% of the amount of online people and since its not 60%, the vote failed.
