| as The Topic says , why don't we Vote again about the Recruiting members cuz maybe someone sees or had something with this guy before or now that we don't know ? Cuz both way Mangers and Admins have their own Forum !!!! o.O

| there is still own section for members to hand out their opinions on rookies if they feel the need to share something about that person. Otherwise this is much better and much more efficient way of evaluating new members.

| And just to make things a bit more clear, members should not create a topic about rookie where you say: "He's a nice guy", "He obeys the rules", "She plays well and is polite to everyone"...
Only things we, recruiters, would like to hear from others are "He has ruined everyone's joy by calling everybody losers, lamers, noobs..", "She's rude to everybody, even admins"...
So only comment about the rookie if you feel it's important - and it's negative. Because at this point the main thing is that everybody will be accepted if they are active.

And why we do this is because we need more players to fill our server and having active members we need to recruit new people for old ones.
On my opinion one reason for our half dead server is that at some point our own members stopped playing ET actively and when they left server had dramatiscally less players. I dont obviously know for sure what happened cause at that time i was only visitor at our public server and playing etpro actively.

we need active members to give their opinions about them and being watched from us!
so the one solution we try to recruit a sufficient number of members to work on that task (member vote)

I'm not saying we're not going or we are going back to previous system at some day. The main point of this is that you said we try to recruit many (active) members that we are able to do that. That has not yet been decided and that it not a thing that you'll decide.
You jsut can't use sophisticated words in every damn sentence to make it look cooler. Or you should definetily not pretend to know everything. You just give wrong information to others and that is wrong.

I think that not everybody should be accepted to clan we dont want/need any beginners to our clan if we are going to invest to our clans welfare we need to look as well can the applier play and has he some kind of sense of our community.

Kinda agree , what about the skill to be average . at least to have Skilled players i know the server is For Fun but if we wanna get it back again we have to do something what about going and playing in other clans as IA members like 1 day we Decide we all gonna go to bla bla Clan and we go and play people gonna see us we Play be Friendly skilled members in that other clan will have curious to come and see our server , That's called Propaganda
