that sometimes have to point up(move foreground ) cause they got some position , or cause they just got a character like this , some people

try to lead (that is nothing bad ) . You need some of those people in a group .. to move forward to improve in a team .

But the other peoples that are maybe not "The Leader Type " have to take a bit back , they have to see and look for a compromise , this dont mean they got no own opinion , no they are free to do what they want , incase its nothing bad for the group.

So i think its more the diffrence between those 2 characters then any Egos .

So 1 . Everyone in Scrim team try to do the best (Some are Engines that move forward , some have to be the brakes or the tires )

If you notice something going wrong , choose the Brake position .. to change the direction ( If you feel something is going wrong somewhere try to speak with the Leader for example Scrim team .. if all not help speak with the Owners every Bus need sometimes some Service Check ..we fully trust what they do but still sometimes there are problems that are better to handle together

If you see everything is fine be the Tire of the "Big Hippi Bus " only when its rolling it can make fun , its just like this there have to be someone that direct (Bus Driver Leader )..sometimes if you dont like the new route try to think for the team first ( you still can be in the brake position =) )

This doenst only count for Scrim Team this count for every kind of Team , if you hold a presentation in a group there is allways someone that is more in the foreground and some in the background .

Well maybe this text i made doesnt help you rebirth , but i still hope you dont only got bad memories here .

Just wanted to say Team = Big Hippi Bus

1. Bus Driver Leader
2. Some people are more in the foreground ( engine of the bus )
3: The Tires , that you need to move (Members )
4. Brakes in the Bus ( You can be the brake if you think something is going wrong, and try change the route with speaking with Scrim Leader or Owners. )

With the Whole Text , i just wanted to say , that this is no Ego team we got , its like this example abvove we are /need to be like this ..
