| I dont get the point of this vote. As leader you should not let members vote if ur in or not, this is always a decision of urself, not from any member. if you have problems with others, you should talk with them.
Like I made that topic for you, not to make you scared or something, just to let you improve. and if we really wanna get you out, u was already kicked... it looks really strange for me when I see a member making a vote for himself to kick him or let him stay. gives me the feeling that this person is not here for the clan. when you are really here for the clan, you should apologize for any mistakes you made and keep improving yourself to be a better admin. remember the thing about rage was leaving?
It was my mistake, we talked about it, rage came back and I know now what I shouldnt do anymore. now everything is ok again. I dont shame when I make a mistake, I admit it when I did something wrong and I say sorry for it. I always talk with members about it and after that its all cool.
